And since, in the prior 13.8 billion years, damned near every particle has interacted with many other particles leading to a common, if not universal, entanglement, our actions are continually causing wave functions to collapse. So we have probabilistic free will, sort of like chossing to play the red or the black on the roulette table, but not quite choosing the exact number.
